- My name is Shanon M. McAlister. I live and grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. I have created this blog to share my photography images. My interest in photography started back in high school. When it comes to photography, various subjects catch my eye - everything from people, landscapes to the smallest detail on a flower. I not only enjoy taking photographs but also spend hours in front of my computer adding several different kinds of effects to my images. This makes a lot of my photography not very traditional.
